Wim Rampen on What Replaces Marketing

Wim Rampen says

marketing strategies should shift their focus from creating momentum for value exchange (the sale) to creating momentum for interactions that support Customers in creating value for themselves.

If you read his post, and you should, you’ll see that what replaces marketing sounds a lot like What Replaces (Product) Design. Not that that is a bad thing.
